I ordered the wrong size first time , and emailed and they replied instantly to my email giving the details of how to exchange for the other size which was then fantastic , I then wasn't able to send the parcel for nearly two weeks due to my job . I apologised for this and offered to pay for the return postage back to me , then once again replied instantly and said it was absolutely fine and no problem at all and that I needn't pay.

Really high quality hoodie really soft and thick it’s more of a loose fit not as oversized as some other brands but I actually prefer it that way
